Laroche Jackson returns to the Havoc for 2019 season

Good afternoon Havoc Universe! Your Havoc and Head Coach Anson Yarborough are extremely pleased to announce the returns of wide receiver Martel Moore and defensive back Laroche "Action" Jackson (LJ) to the pride. The pair will reunite with AAL All-Stars Alex Coleman and Thyron Lewis, the league's defending offensive MVP to defend our championship.

Yarborough said of Martel's signing, "He's a very good, all-around receiver and possibly one of the best in the league. His ability to get yards after the catch is really going to help us. We're really excited to have him back." Coach is also excited to have LJ back. "Action Jackson was a cornerstone of our defense last season. He's a very physical defender with great cover skills. His knowledge of the game will help us develop the younger guys that we're bringing in," he said.

Moore and Jackson both have extensive experience at the pro level. Martel, a six foot, 183 pounder who played at Northern Illinois, comes back to he Havoc with experience both in the NFL and AFL. After a stellar four seasons with the Huskies, Moore was picked up by the Falcons. He also spent some time in the Arena Football League with the Portland Steel.

LJ, a five foot 11 inch, 200 pounder, is no stranger to the arena game. Laroche has had stints in the AFL with Jacksonville, Cleveland, Tampa Bay and Las Vegas. The current Jacksonville resident and a graduate of Clark-Atlanta University, was a leader on and off the field last season in Atlanta.
