Havoc cruise in AAL playoff opener against Cape Fear

FLORENCE, SC - The Havoc started off a bit slow Tuesday night, but once they got rolling, it was clear they were the better team. Carolina beat Cape Fear 60-22 in the American Arena League playoff opener at the Florence Center, setting the stage for a second round match up against the Carolina Energy.

The Havoc led 40-16 at the half. Rashad Carter was the difference marker, scoring three times for the Havoc. Quarterback Jesse Scoggins was once again outstanding. The game against the Energy will take place something next week. A date and time has yet to be released. A win over Carolina would put the Havoc in the championship.
